We welcome thoughtful conversations with students, educators, creators, clinicians, and community partners. Whether you have questions about our software, wish to collaborate, or want to discuss data privacy, we are here to connect.

## General support and inquiries

We are an independent software studio based in Clermont, Florida. We review all incoming messages and respond as promptly as possible.

## Privacy questions and data requests

If you have questions about how data is handled, wish to inquire about our data retention practices, or want to request deletion of submitted lead contact information, please email hello@althea.room with the subject line 'Privacy Request'.

We do not sell personal data, use third-party advertising trackers, or share your submitted information with data brokers.

We collaborate with ambient composers, lo-fi producers, acoustic sound designers, and visual artists who share our dedication to restorative, non-toxic media.
